type属性はmonthフィールドのフォームタイプを返します。

注意：上記の例では、Opera、Chrome、Safariブラウザは"month"を返しますが、 Internet ExplorerとFirefoxは"text"を返します。

すべての主要ブラウザはtype属性をサポートしています。

注意：Internet Explorer または Firefox ブラウザは、type="month" 属性を使用する <input> 要素をサポートしていません。
